Compliance with Family Law Act 1975 & Family Law Regulations 1984

All scientific and reporting procedures conducted by DNALabs comply with the Family Law Act (1975) and Regulations. Our legal reports can be admissible as evidence to the Family Court, Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages and for Immigration law purposes.

National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) Accreditation number: 14982

DNALabs has accreditation from NATA, Australia's government-endorsed provider of accreditation for laboratories. (ISO/IEC Guide 17025 for Parentage and Kinship Testing).

NATA inspect our laboratory regularly in order for us to maintain our accreditation standards.
